This sport is actually called "Sepak Takraw." And I would like to nominate it for the Summer Olympics, even though Americans would likely be dominated in it.
Perhaps this will be the popular Baumbach Family Reunion 2012 sport. :)

The ball is almost like a thick-banded fully-enclosed wicker basket (That's why it makes that funny noise). I would watch this sport all the time, but would definitely love to injure myself by playing it once.

Yeah, I read up about it. Americans actually did well in one tournament of this, but routinely get their butts kicked now that the novelty wore off. Pun entirely intended.

That's nuts, I think I'll just remain a spectator.... would love to see a game someday though.
